Base pay will be determined by your skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least one year.

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply rooms and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• Maintain a valid LPN or LVN license per state regulations.
