• Handle inquiry calls, schedule assessments, and triage to appropriate community referrals
• Assess or coordinate assessments by qualified mental health professionals, screening for emergencies
• Perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate care for patients with substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric disorders
• Interpret treatment plans to patients and families to facilitate acceptance and continuation of care
• Complete administrative processes for admissions and precertification with external payers

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure
• Current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license, favorable MVR, and proof of insurance if using own vehicle
• Preferred experience in psychiatric healthcare with assessment skills
