Dublin Post Acute Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our clinical team. This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy a steady weekend schedule while providing exceptional care to our residents in a supportive, team-centered environment.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Complete assessments and documentation per state and facility guidelines.
• Respond to resident needs and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and comfort.
• Support STNAs and coordinate daily care routines.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and leadership.

• Active Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently on weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements.
