Our Ohio team is looking for talented, full-time licensed real estate salespersons and associate brokers who are passionate about real estate, enjoy customer interaction, and thrive on the thrill of doing deals. This role will be our first hire to focus on the Columbus market.

• Communicate regularly with assigned home buyers with the goal of providing a high-level of customer service and responsiveness
• Leverage Prevu's technology platform and suite of agent tools to engage home buyers, organize property tours, manage offers, and respond to homebuyer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Attend property tours and provide expert insights in real time
• Perform comparable market analysis to advise home buyers on pricing and market trends with the goal of achieving a successful transaction
• Guide home buyers diligently from offer through closing, including offer preparation, negotiation, offer acceptance, professional referrals, board package preparation, final walk-throughs, and more

• Valid Ohio State license as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Licensed Associate Broker
• Local knowledge about real estate, neighborhoods, and recent trends
• Experience with home tours, comparable market analysis, and home purchase negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

• W2 employee with a base salary plus commission on completed transactions
