Sales Associate - Retail Jewelry
Helzberg Diamonds is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to consistently achieve individual sales goals while delivering superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
- Present features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales
- Develop business through various clienteling methods
- Deliver compelling sales presentations using company training
- Collaborate in team presentations to overcome objections and close additional sales
- Provide outstanding customer service to every Helzberg Diamonds guest
- Participate in merchandising, displays, and general store maintenance
1 to 3 years of retail sales experience
Required EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess- Proven history of selling in a commission environment
- Superior communication skills
- High internal motivation
- Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities
- One to three years of jewelry retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
