• Perform jewelry repairs including ring sizing, soldering, stone setting, prong re‑tipping, chain and clasp repair, and polishing/finishing.
• Execute custom jewelry work, fabrication, and restoration as needed.
• Inspect, diagnose, and estimate repair needs for the customer, and store‑owned jewelry.
• Ensure all repairs and custom work are completed to company quality standards and within established timelines.
• Handle and work with precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones with care and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized work bench, tools, and equipment in safe and efficient condition.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support sales efforts.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Professional experience as a bench jeweler, or related experience.
• Proficient in stone setting (prong, bezel, channel, pave), soldering, fabrication, and polishing.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with CAD design and wax carving, a plus.
• GIA certification, a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing process and materials.
• Organized with strong communication skills.
