Get Go Café + Market is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our location: 6780 Hayden Run Rd, Dublin, Ohio 43016.

Shift Availability: Flexible Availability

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as offered)

Compensation: $14.00 – $14.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and operate the register.
• Act as a cashier, suggesting products and promotions.
• Assist with the store’s food program.
• Maintain store appearance and standards in all areas.
• Ensure regular and predictable on‑site attendance.
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

Preferred Experience:

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; may require eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder use to retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
