Responsibilities
  • Verify all order information for accuracy; identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently, including cash balances, deliveries, sales orders and account balances, in compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Provide customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and solving customer complaints/questions.
  • Complete and process credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
  • Communicate with internal and external personnel professionally and timely.
  • Maintain accurate files and process to maximize productivity.
  • Perform clerical support for store staff as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualities & Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills
  • Basic numerical reasoning skills
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly and efficiently
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous clerical experience preferred
