Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

• Greet, engage, and assist customers visibly and actively.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Understand and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling various tenders and coupons according to company policy.
• Adhere to company limits on cash shortages and overages, and work to control loss.
• Follow guidelines on restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Follow food safety regulations and safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Create a welcoming environment, assisting customers with product questions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Work effectively in high-paced, stressful environments and manage conflicts constructively.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
