Part Time Merchandiser - Dublin, OH

American Greetings is a global leader in the celebrations marketplace. We are looking for a Merchandiser to independently manage inventory and displays across multiple retail locations in Dublin, OH.

• Starting pay $14.00 per hour, with increases during the first year.
• After 6 months: $14.80 per hour.
• After 1 year: $15.50 per hour.

Route will service retail locations at 7625 Sawmill Rd, Dublin, OH 43016; 7730 Sawmill Rd, Columbus, OH; and 1862 Hard Rd, Columbus, OH. Weekly hours average 8 per week, up to 16 when needed around holidays.

• Service stores on the assigned route, including merchandising, product organization, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedule questions.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment, using time‑management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during business hours.
• Availability for additional work around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, including fixture work and product relocation.
• Plan weekly service schedule using the company‑issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

No experience necessary. We will train you!

• 18 years or older.
• English speaking, reading, writing, and understanding required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation (multiple retail locations).
• Reliable internet for job updates.
• Technological competency – ability to use a company‑provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Schedule flexibility – weekends, day before/after major holidays (Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s, Father’s, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

Work on the sales floor and back stock room; push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 40 pounds. Stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday. Step stool may be used for some tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
