SMACT Works, a fast-growing Oracle and Cloud consulting firm (multi-year Inc. 5000 honoree), is hiring a high-energy Sales Operations Specialist to support our Senior Sales Executives in their daily activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to grow in a dynamic, high-paced environment. This role will assist with driving top-of-funnel activity, nurturing qualified client contacts, relationship building, pipeline growth, database management, email campaigns execution, preparing content, reporting, and day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct target generation activities using Linked In, Zoom Info, CRM systems, industry databases, and outbound outreach strategies.
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and develop prospect lists aligned with SMACT’s service offerings (Oracle Cloud, People Soft, Managed Services etc.,).
- Execute email marketing sequences, social outreach campaigns, conference follow-ups, and nurturing sequences to warm prospects.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and hand off qualified leads to Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead and opportunity data in the CRM.
- Maintain current contact with qualified client prospects and existing customers.
- Support the creation of outreach messaging, value propositions, and micro-campaign content in collaboration with Marketing.
- Monitor and report on lead-generation metrics, including outreach volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Assist Sales Executives with meeting coordination, follow-up emails, and pipeline movement activities.
- Organize sales calls and meetings using Microsoft Teams and Outlook to keep the sales process moving smoothly.
- Continuously refine lead generation strategies to improve efficiency and impact.
- Assist with conference/tradeshow preparation and materials.
- Support brainstorming and development of innovative sales strategies and engagement ideas.
- 5 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, or customer service.
- Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging sales ideas and outreach materials.
- Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and digital communication tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Tactful, helpful demeanor always when dealing with internal customers.
- High-energy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, lighthearted attitude.
- Agile mindset—ability to "switch gears" quickly as issues arise.
