Sales Associate

Location: Dublin, OH (just outside Columbus)
Salary: $18–$24/hour + monthly bonus 💰
Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday (No nights. No weekends. Ever.)

We design and support non-contact thickness gauging systems (yep, it’s as cool as it sounds), and we’re on the lookout for a sharp, energetic Sales Associate ready to dive into the action and grow with us.

Think of yourself as the engine behind our sales team. You’ll be driving communication, keeping customers happy, and helping us close deals — all while learning, growing, and having a great time.

• 💡 Creating and managing customer quotes and proposals (and making sure no lead slips through the cracks)
• ☎️ Talking directly with clients to answer questions, solve problems, and coordinate service visits
• 🛠️ Processing orders and making sure customers are kept in the loop every step of the way
• 📆 Coordinating sales meetings and customer visits (sometimes at our place, sometimes in the field)
• 📱 Helping sales reps connect with leads through phone, email, and even social media
• 🕵️♂️ Collecting competitive intel (so we stay ahead of the game)

• Experience in sales or customer service (bonus points if it’s tech-related!)
• You’re a people-person — friendly, proactive, and a great communicator
• Organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative
