Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will…Build and develop collaborative relationships with customers and industry partners, identifying unmet needs, emerging applications, and market trends that can be translated into commercial growth opportunities
Pipeline opportunities through a full business development lifecycle, from market assessment and lead generation, through customer qualification, product development, and commercialization
Partner closely with our Pressure Sensitive Adhesives Market Segment Team to shape and execute growth strategies and advance qualified projects
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, business, or a related field – a combination of education and relevant experience will also work!
Relevant professional experience in business development, sales, technical service, R&D, marketing, or another commercial or technical field.
Experience with tapes, pressure sensitive adhesives, specialty films, or a similar market is preferred!
Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnights, to support customers, industry events, and internal collaboration
