Orange theory Fitness Dublin is hiring for our front-of-house Sales Associate role. You'll be the first impression-greeting everyone who walks in, leading studio tours, introducing the OTF concept, and helping convert interest into memberships.

• $16.00/hour + commission based on membership sales
• With approximately 1 membership sale per shift
  , estimated earnings are about $17-$25/hour (varies by commission and shift length)
• 30+ hours/week (full-time)

• Monday 4:30 am - 10 am
• Tuesday 11 am - 8 pm
• Wednesday Off
• Thursday 4:30 am - 11 am
• Friday 4:30 am - 10 am
• Saturday Off
• Sunday 6:30 am - 10 am

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence
• Manage the front desk: answering phones, responding to questions, supporting members, accurately check in clients, and handle member transactions
• Work hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orange theory workout
• Sell memberships and help the studio thrive
• Dedicate time and attention to coworker communication and business promotion roll outs
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution
• Present the Orange theory concept to prospective members ("intros")
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Help keep all areas of the studio clean, organized, and ready for an excellent experience
