We're looking for someone who can walk into a room, read the customer, and close with confidence - someone who treats every conversation as a chance to build a relationship, not just make a sale.

You'll spend your time directly engaging customers face-to-face - no cold calling, no scripts read off a screen. Some days you're on the retail floor; other days you're representing a client at an event. Every interaction is a chance to sharpen your consultative selling skills and deepen your understanding of customer behavior.

• Bachelor's degree holders who are hungry to prove themselves in a business setting

No industry experience is required. What matters most is your degree, your professionalism, and your willingness to learn - we'll handle the training.

• Full-time, ~40 hours/week, with flexible day-to-day scheduling around standard retail hours
• Base salary plus performance-based commission
• Clear, structured advancement track into Human Resources, Management, or Consulting
