• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment required a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a chemical and petrochemical facility environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous material concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting access‑related concerns in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and promptly.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
