Base pay range: $29.00/hr - $36.00/hr (non‑exempt)

Job Summary: Lead Commercial Security Technician with experience installing and programming commercial electronic security devices primarily CCTV, Access Control, IP cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, IP network systems and overall commercial electronic security systems.

Salary and Benefits: Hourly wage 29–36, benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, 401(k) plan, paid holidays, PTO and more. The company provides a cell phone, laptop, and work vehicle.

• Minimum 3+ years installing, servicing, and programming commercial access control, IP‑based video systems and intrusion alarm systems.
• Minimum 3 years as a project lead responsible for complete project supervision.
• Process‑oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to support customer systems via remote diagnostics with professionalism.
• Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking.
• Independent worker able to resolve problems to customer satisfaction.
• Valid driving license and clean MVR.

• Access Control:
  Prowatch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2.
• Intrusion: DMP, Honeywell.
• Security 101 will invest in training for the right candidate.

Installing, terminating, configuring, and testing enterprise security systems with minimal supervision. System knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IP cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, IP network systems, and visitor management is preferred.

• Leading a team on project installations.
• Managing quality control and providing fanatical customer service.
• Tracking project progress.

• High School (or GED) minimum requirement.
• Electronics training from a technical school or military training in electronics or communications (preferred).

Requirements: Clean driving record; pass a background investigation and a drug‑test screening. Must work in both office and outside environments, climb a ladder, use a forklift, and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
