A Johnson Controls Service Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert. You will alleviate concerns the customer may have regarding a security system. You will advise customers and the customer care center of the status of systems and processes inspections. You will repair or replace burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV systems, Card Access systems and other security equipment. This Technician will be set up with all of the tools and equipment needed to work independently from a remote location.

Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* HIRSCH Certificate
* Electrical/Electronic background.
* Required to obtain the Ohio State Fire License within 6 months of employment. Employee will need to maintain license for the duration of current role here lure to satisfy this requirement will lead to termination.
* Valid driver's license.

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience installing and inspecting/repairing Tyco Integrated Security or comparable product line.

- Experience with Card Access/CCTV/IP cameras
- Excellent communication skills.

- Fire alarm experience preferred.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21.57 - 28.85 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This position includes
