Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boiler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial boilers and related systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. This role requires a strong background in mechanical systems, industrial maintenance, and customer service, with the ability to work independently in a field service environment.
The Boiler Technician will play a vital role in supporting the operational needs of our facilities while adhering to safety standards and industry regulations.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial boilers and associated equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC/R, and electrical issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Diagnose problems related to boiler operations, including combustion systems, pumps, valves, and controls
- Conduct system upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and safety
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance purposes
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new boiler systems as needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system status and maintenance needs
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams related to boilers and HVAC/R systems
- Hands‑on experience with hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and industrial maintenance practices
- Knowledge of boiler operation principles, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently in the field service environment while maintaining high safety standards
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
