Base pay: $17.80/hr – $22.25/hr

The Multi‑Site Service Technician I is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance operations of an apartment community to ensure resident satisfaction, property functionality, and compliance with company standards. Reports to the Operations Manager.

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, FCC, etc.).
• Inspect buildings and common areas to assess cleanliness, safety, and overall condition.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Complete work orders within 48 hours, unless an emergency requires immediate action.
• Ensure unit turnovers are completed within five working days unless otherwise directed.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team and maintain daily progress updates.
• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with grounds and seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and debris cleanup to preserve curb appeal.
• Complete and submit required administrative documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in the maintenance on‑call rotation to handle after‑hours emergencies.

• Formal technical training or equivalent experience in heating and air conditioning (preferred).
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling or willingness to obtain upon hire (preferred).
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for inter‑property travel.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental safety standards.
• Own hand tools and power tools (drill, impact driver, etc.).
• Strong written and oral communication; self‑motivated; ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs; work in all weather conditions.
