As an Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will work in a fast‑paced setting helping adults and children alike improve their swimming. You will teach them vital life skills and judge each swimmer’s level, while keeping the pool clean and orderly.

• Instruct swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Respond to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provide a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promote and sell all Aquatics programs and services.

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire.
• Complete and pass all Life Time courses when hired.
• Stand still and move around the club for long periods.
• Talk to guests about Life Time products and services.
• Swim 25 yards/ meters without stopping.
• Lift >20 lbs routinely.

• Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience.
