Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Analyst (Functional) to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business processes to effectively translate business requirements into functional specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret business needs to develop functional specifications.
  • Liaise between business teams and IT to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate requirement gathering and validation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Support project planning and execution, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.
  • Assist in the development of user training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
Skills Required
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.
  • Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
