Job DescriptionAs a Jobsite Assistant, you work with on‑site foreman and crew members to complete various tasks. You clean and prepare sites by erecting scaffolding, removing debris, and digging trenches. You safely load and unload supplies from trucks manually and with equipment. As needed, report safety violations to management. Handle materials, store items properly, and secure the job site daily.

- Willingness to travel in market based on project location (O)
- Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment (A)
- Access all areas including stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes (F)
- Work in physical positions such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting (A)
- Move, carry, or position items up to 75 lbs (F)
- Ascend/descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, work in confined spaces (F)
- Position oneself in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics and tunnels (O)
- Move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces (F)
See and respond to dangerous situations (O) - Wear personal protective gear most of the day (A)
- Operate standard office equipment and keyboards (A)
- Lift and carry parcels, packages and other items, walk short distances, drive to deliver and pick up materials (F)
- Regularly required to talk or hear (A)
- Valid driver's license
- 1+ years of construction experience
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
A high school diploma or a thorough understanding of OSHA requirements are preferred, but not required. The ability to read blueprints would be a plus! Work well with others? Strong communication? Detail‑oriented, organized, reliable? If yes, you might be perfect.
