Base pay range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year

Driver’s License required.

• Be the friendly face and trusted advisor our customers rely on when they bring in their vehicles for service.
• Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle’s needs and keep them informed throughout the repair process.
• Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the correct parts are sourced and delivered to the technician quickly, maintaining fast and efficient service.
• Schedule appointments for customers once parts arrive, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.
• Work closely with our amazing team of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple customer needs while maintaining high levels of organization and professionalism.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to multi‑task and stay organized.
• Phone etiquette: excellent communication skills, especially on the phone.
• Good with computers.
• Fast learner & quick thinker.
• Reliable attendance.
