Delta 3 Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated person for a full-time position with the firm as a Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drafter in the Structural/Architectural field

The Structural CAD Drafter is responsible for preparing detailed drawings and construction documents for buildings, foundations, and other structural systems under the direction of engineers. This role involves developing plans, sections, and details using AutoCAD and/or Revit based on engineering designs and specifications. The drafter ensures accuracy, consistency, and adherence to applicable codes and company standards while coordinating with engineers, architects, and other disciplines.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with structural drafting techniques are essential.

• Experience with modeling concepts, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently.
• Understanding of local, state and national regulations.
• Ability to interpret national and local codes and standards to insure compliance.
• Must be team-oriented and capable of working with other staff members.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our company’s insurance provider
