**** Position Basics
*** Technicians are responsible for the delivery and installation of Amusement equipment in bars, restaurants, gas stations, truck stops, etc.,
* Will train inexperienced candidates
* Hiring for day shift Monday-Friday

** Qualifications
* ** Great Customer Service
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Relevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude (examples – HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive)
* Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills
* Computer literacy helpful but not required
* Valid driver’s license
* Minimum of 21 years of age
* Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 300 pounds with assistance of an appliance dolly
* Frequently required to lift/push up to 1100 pounds with assistance from teammate and an appliance dolly
** Summary
* * The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing and installing, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment, loading and unloading supplies, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.
** Duties and Responsibilities
*** Assists in the installation of amusement equipment at various customer locations.
* Maintenance of accurate records and paperwork and communication of all data on customer sites.
* Troubleshoots amusement devices and repair as needed
* Completes all necessary documentation for device entry and logs
* Delivers product from company location to customer locations
* Communicates with call center to efficiently manage installations
* Manages inventory of the installation truck to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed#AEGaming
** Base Pay Range****:**$18+/hour
* This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
