• Administer medications and perform activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure residents receive high standard of care.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition, maintain a safe environment, and provide ongoing education.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of residents’ care and medication administration.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate.
• Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training and CPR certification.
• One (1) year of C.N.A. and medication aide experience is preferable.
