Schedules Available: Monday - Friday | 4:00PM-8:00PM

Wage: Starting at $17.75/hour

, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals live more independently, achieve their goals, and stay connected to their community.

You’ll work directly with adults in their homes or in the community – supporting daily living skills, encouraging social development, and helping individuals thrive.

• Teach daily living skills like self‑care, meal prep, cleaning, and communication
• Support community and recreational involvement based on client interests
• Assist with hygiene, personal care, and medication (after training/certification)
• Provide transportation to/from activities using your personal vehicle
• Document progress and follow individualized service plans
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice in every interaction

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License, a ability to qualify as an approved driver, and meet minimum insurance requirements ($25,000/person bodily injury liability)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to pass background checks and complete required training
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and managing behavioral challenges
• Physically able to lift/move up to 35 lbs, and engage in active duties (standing, bending, running, et.)
