IOP Therapist - Behavioral Health
Horizon Health is seeking an IOP Therapist for our behavioral health program at UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA. This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Curriculum development and implementation, referral management, assessments and direct client contact (including but not limited to group, individual and family therapy), implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities, treatment, discharge and safety planning, thorough and timely clinical documentation, active participation in clinical consultation, supervision and collaboration.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in social work or clinical counseling required. Active IA clinical license (Licensed Master Social Worker LMSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, or Licensed Professional Counselor LPC) or equivalent required. 1-3 years of related working experience.
