PT Certified Medication Aide

Schedule: Week 1- 3:00pm-9:00pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Week 2- 3:00pm-9:00pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This schedule will also include every other holiday.

Hills & Dales is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support the health and well-being of individuals served by administering medications and treatments, assisting nursing staff, monitoring health needs, and ensuring accurate documentation.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Document medication administration and resident care activities.
• Monitor medication and nursing supply inventories.
• Observe and report resident health concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist with direct resident support and accompany residents to appointments as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, and resident privacy.
• Support a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mandatory Reporter certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive agency vehicles preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical job duties as needed.
