K Compliance Consultant

Job Description

The 401(k) Compliance Consultant performs annual nondiscrimination testing and Form 5500 reporting for our client's defined contribution plan.

• Calculate benefits
• Research corrective action when errors occur
• Perform ADP/ACP Test, top-heavy, 410(b) Coverage, and 404(a) testing
• Prepare Form 5500SF & 8955
  
  SSA
• Draft Plan Amendments

• Associate's degree or 3yrs experience in retirement industry
• QKA designation preferred
