• Database administration skills in MS SQL & MySQL.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot SQL in large, multi-server (high-volume and high-availability) environments.
• Experience with Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), Application servers (GIODE, SPE, Websphere Commerce, Order Management).
• Experience in scripting with Linux/Unix shell scripting and knowledge of languages such as Ruby, Python, Perl is a plus.
• Working experience with automation tools such as Urban Code Deploy, Chef, Ansible, Ant, or other Dev Ops enablement tools is a plus.
• Experience with DB2 technologies like IBM BLU Acceleration, Purescale, HADR, TSAMP, Change Data Capture, or Q Replication is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and experience with Test Driven Development.
• Effective leadership and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate with, and influence cross-functional teams across product lines.
• Experience in implementing agile methodologies and delivering shipped products.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure and in complex situations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills, with proven ability to delegate tasks to teams for results.
