This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

• Monitor the entire Hosting infrastructure stack and respond swiftly to problems.
• Employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve both routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems.
• Connect with contacts from healthcare organizations to address impact, communicate issues, and perform system builds.

• Available to work second or third shift hours

• Knowledge of Internet networking protocols and tools like TCP/IP, ping, and trace route
• Knowledge of Linux, especially Ubuntu, Redhat, or CentOS
• CompTIA+, CCNA, Network+, or Linux+ certification
• Knowledge of VMware
