BARD Materials is hiring an IT Analyst to join our on-site team in Dubuque, IA. You’ll start on the frontline help desk, handling tickets by phone, remote sessions, or in person and guiding issues to the right teammate.
You’ll automate common problems as you learn our systems and grow into data and application work behind them. You’ll support Windows, Microsoft 365, and company apps, while contributing to AI-enabled tooling.
