Operations Manager In Training

This early-career rotational program prepares emerging leaders for supply chain operations management at a fulfillment and distribution center. Participants gain hands‑on experience across departments and develop leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Support managers with daily operations and rotate across departments, shifts, or buildings.
• Coach associates and assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
• Promote workplace safety and use data to improve performance and track KPIs.
• Partner with site support teams to resolve operational issues and contribute to process improvements.

• At least 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, or a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation by December 2026, or graduated within the last 18 months.
• Approximately 0-1 year of formal or informal leadership experience.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site, adapt to varied shifts, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open to relocation during or after the program.
