Expeditor, Supply Chain​/Logistics

The Expeditor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubuque, IA, responsible for ensuring that materials, parts, and equipment move efficiently through the supply process. Day-to-day tasks include tracking purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and following up with vendors to resolve delays or discrepancies. The role coordinates with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to prioritize urgent orders, adjust timelines, and maintain accurate status updates in internal systems.

The Expeditor reviews inventory levels, initiates requests for replenishment, and helps prevent stockouts and production interruptions. This position also involves maintaining clear documentation, communicating with internal stakeholders about order changes, and supporting process improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

• Relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing support, logistics coordination, or a similar expediting role is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in business, supply chain, or related fields is beneficial.
