Up to $20 per hour (Depending on Experience)

A local company in Dubuque is seeking a dependable material mover to support daily operations within its production department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth workflow by transporting raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.

• Load and unload materials from trucks using various equipment as needed
• Move materials to designated areas within the facility to support manufacturing and production
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and assist with inventory tracking
• Participate in inventory organization, cycle counts, and general warehouse maintenance
• Adhere to all company safety standards and operational procedures

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• High attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential
