We're looking for an experienced CNC Engineer & Programmer to join our team. • Create and edit programs for multi-axis CNC lathes and mills.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure product accuracy.
• Develop routing/production path and prints for quoting and new part production.
• Provide technical support to machine operators, and assist the quality department.
• Research and recommend tooling and methods to improve machining processes.
• Design and develop work-holding tooling.
• Utilize and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience with manufacturing equipment, particularly CNC lathes and mills centers. Experience with overhead gantry systems is a plus.

  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with CAM and ERP systems.
• Problem-Solving:
  The ability to apply mathematical concepts (geometry, trigonometry) and creative reasoning to solve complex problems.
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Attention to Detail: A high level of focus and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role.
