Machine Operators 3rd Shift

We are hiring Machine Operators – 3rd Shift at RIE Coatings, LLC located at 5301 Chavenelle Rd, Suite 400, Dubuque, IA 52002.

• Enter production data into the computer.
• Inspect parts for quality and proper processing.
• Move heavy bins of product using a pallet jack.
• Load and unload parts into coating machines.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

These positions are labor‑intensive and require strong attention to detail, consistency, and safe work practices.

Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Training will be completed on 1st shift for a minimum of 4–6 weeks.

• Base wage: $17.50 per hour.
• Shift differential: $2.50 per hour for 3rd shift.
• Pay increase opportunities at 3, 6, and 12 months, then annually.
