RIE Coatings is hiring 3rd Shift Machine Operators to join our growing team! If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a hands‑on position, we'd love to meet you.

Machine Operators are responsible for performing a variety of production tasks, including:

• Entering production data into the computer
• Inspecting parts for quality and proper processing
• Moving heavy bins of product using a pallet jack
• Loading and unloading parts into coating machines
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area

These positions are labor-intensive and require strong attention to detail, consistency, and safe work practices.

Sunday –Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Training will be completed on 1st shift for a minimum of 4-6 weeks
.

• $17.50/hour base wage
• $2.50/hour shift differential for 3rd shift
• Pay increase opportunities at 3, 6, and 12 months
  , then annually
• Quarterly profit-sharing incentives

All candidates must be able to:

• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Perform bending, lifting, reaching, grabbing, twisting, and other repetitive motions
• Stand for long periods of time

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required
