• Train, delegate and oversee the job assignments of production and shipping and receiving team members throughout their shift to maximize efficiency throughout the departments.
• Responsible for the enforcement of all company factory rules, policies, and all applicable safety requirements.
• Address team member performance issues and apply the Klauer progressive discipline process with the support of Production Supervisor and Human Resources.
• Act with direction from supervisor to ensure production and shipping schedules are efficient and timely.
• Routinely walk production floor to assist with quality and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
