The Crown Holdings, Inc. Dubuque plant is seeking a Back End Operator to support palletizing, bagging and entry-level equipment operation on high-speed can lines. You will inspect cans, load material, fix jams, and help keep production flowing safely on the shop floor.
Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubuque, IA.
