WAGE: $20/HOUR

LOCATION:

DUBUQUE, IA

The Assembly Technician assembles industrial parts and components, checks products for quality, and prepares completed orders for packaging and shipment.

• Assemble parts and units using assembly prints and written instructions.
• Use hand tools and small power tools.
• Test and calibrate components to meet product specifications.
• Inspect incoming parts and finished assemblies for defects or damage.
• Complete production and quality paperwork.
• Scan and track inventory using computer systems, including Net Suite and RF Smart.
• Help with packaging, shipping, and other warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate a forklift after completing required training and certification.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or shipping experience is preferred.
