RN Registered Nurse​/LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Full-Time | Flexible 8 or 12 Hour Shifts

• 1:00PM-1:00AM (12-hour)
• 1:00PM-9:00PM (8-hour)
• Every 4th weekend + every other holiday required

RN base wage: $34.13/hour + Differentials (see below)

• Weekend (Sat/Sun): + $3.00/hour
• Evenings (2PM-10PM): + $2.00/hour

LPN base wage: $27.70/hour+ Differentials (see below)

• Weekend (Sat/Sun): + $3.00/hour
• Evenings (2PM-10PM): + $2.00/hour

Deliver preventive, restorative, and emergency nursing care

Monitor health changes & update care plans

Administer medications and treatments accurately

Document nursing care per policy

Educate and support direct care staff

Respond to health concerns and emergencies

Communicate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams

Coordinate labs, pharmacy needs, and appointments

Supervise Certified Medication Aides

Assist with resident care and staff health monitoring

Licensed RN or LPN (Iowa)

Current CPR certification

Ability to lift 35 lbs independently

Valid driver's license & ability to qualify as an approved driver

Pay is based on experience, education, and previous loyalty to Hills & Dales.
