RN Registered Nurse

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN's to join our team here at Luther Manor at Hillcrest and provide high-quality care to our residents. The RN will assess residents' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

• Assess residents' health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document residents' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Communicate with residents and families to provide education and support
• Document residents' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse, geriatric experience a preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Education
