• Shift: 12-hour days (06:30 AM – 07:00 PM weekdays; 09:00 AM – 09:30 PM weekends)
• On-Call: Required, including nights and weekends

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with surgical specialties such as Thoracic Surgery, Surgical Pathology, Sub-Acute, Pediatric PACU, Pediatric OR preferred
• Ability to fulfill on-call nursing obligations, including nights and weekends
• Compliance with healthcare facility onboarding requirements (health screenings, competency testing, background check, etc.)

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to surgical patients
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
• Prepare the operating room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation as required for operating room coverage
