Work Comp RN Case Manager – Cottingham & Butler

Join Cottingham & Butler Claims Services as a Work Comp Nurse Case Manager, a 100% telephonic position that requires residency in IA, IL, or WI. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

• Evaluate treatment plans and coordinate medical care for injured employees.
• Establish return-to-work plans and provide counseling to support recovery.
• Act as a liaison between injured workers, companies, medical providers, and claims adjusters.
• Promote quality and cost‑effective outcomes, helping individuals achieve maximum improvement.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER, ICU, or Occupational Health.
• Residency in IA, IL, or WI is required.
• Work Comp experience is helpful, but not required.

Salary – Flexible based on your experience level.
