St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We are located among the rolling hills of the picturesque driftless region in southwest Wisconsin, just south of Platteville and a short 10‑minute drive from Dubuque, Iowa. Open to all, St. Dominic Villa offers long‑term skilled nursing care and short‑term rehab to older adults and is a truly peaceful place to live and work.

• Full‑time and part‑time positions
• PM and NOC shifts available
• Shift could be 8 hour (6 AM‑2:30 PM) or 12 hour (6 AM‑6 PM)
• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond the first 8 hours of your shift
• $26.50‑$34.00 per hour, based on experience
• Shift differential for PM and NOC shift
• Eligible for sign‑on bonus

Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
