We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our standards of Legendary Food and Legendary Service. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and kitchen operations, apply today!

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and make hiring recommendations for hourly staff.
• Direct work schedules and task assignments before, during, and after restaurant hours.
• Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal Taste & Temp line checks.
• Enforce security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
