You will welcome customers, help them find the right products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met.

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly customer service
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and handling it
• Down‑stock merchandise to keep shelves stocked
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross‑train in other areas to deliver the best service
• Prepare merchandise for customers (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut pipe, bundle wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic
• Ability to stand, sit, perform prolonged activities
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation

• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bi‑lingual skills
• Trade‑related certification relevant to department

Occasional travel to meetings, training, or support neighboring stores.

Work inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to heat, cold, wind, noise.
